Easy to assemble and quite sturdy, however for it to carry the weight it advertises I had to install 2 extra anchor bolts, very minor adjustment

Q: Can you switch out the 36" CANVAS shelf with the 24" CANVAS shelf? Are the bars that hold the shelf the same in both models?

A: No they cannot be switched. In order to optimize weight bearing capacity for each size floating shelf we adjust the posts on the steel bracket in conjunction with the specific length of each shelf.
