Q: Is the Canvas Christmas HO-HO-HO plug only male or male and female (meaning I can plug another light decoration to the HO-HO-HO plug)?

A: it is female and you can plug another light decoration to the Ho-Ho-Ho plug. It was a great investment. It is also VERY bright to which I plugged in one extra xmas decoration on my lawn which was a small xmas tree which wasn't as bright and it really looked nice together.

Q: Hello, does anyone know if there is a way to bring down the brightness? One of the features listed online is that it can be brought down by 10% but I am unable to find how to do so. Any help would be very much appreciated,

A: Hello Hellohello, Thank you for your question. I'm sorry to say this, but I have no idea where that "feature" information came from. This is a misprint, as this product is not dimmable. This is a Hi-Vibrant product that is intended to be extra bright. I till send a request for edit to the webmaster. Thank you for your assistance in pointing out this mistake. Q: Can you replace these bulbs? The last Ho HO HO and NOEL from Canvas you could not ,and they did not even last 1season before the bulbs started burning out.Then we were out money because we could only exchange them 2 years in a row due to warranty.

NOMA string lights are backed by warranty and can be exchanged if you believe you have a defective strand. If you believe the issue is related to a burnt bulb/blown fuse, you can find replacement parts in the original box, or in-store for purchase.
