It won’t last long

It’s extremely difficult to assemble, it’s not sturdy, and after 2 years the roof completely collapsed during the winter.

Nice Gazebo

We bought this Gazebo last year and found it easy to set up, everything fit good. It did how ever came with a bent rod, so we contacted the company and they sent us a new rod, we also bought a extra canopy top just case, it was only$100. the frame lasted thru our Canadian winter and we put the canopy up for its second summer and no problems. I would recommend this Gazebo.

Started out great until the roof

To start with we had no problem putting the frame together and felt that the umbrella style of the canopy a great idea if a storm came through however that was before we got to the point of putting on the tarps…. They just don’t fit, tried everything, gazebo wax totally square and it made no difference. Even the Velcro to attach the two canopies together to keep bugs out doesn’t line up. So very disappointed! I’m sorry to say I would not recommend this product! I think that the buyers at Canadian tire should have to assemble each product they introduce into their store before they do, looking through the reviews this is a problematic item

Cannot buy parts

I purchased this last year and the canopy frame was damaged by a large tree branch. I tried to order replacement parts, but I was told they aren’t available available and if they were they are not set up to sell parts.??????? If you think you will ever need parts, don’t buy this gazebo.

Canopy doesn’t fit

Canopy and second tier does not fit properly. Structure is perfectly square. Cannot get all of the corners on and some of the others are pulling too tight. Reviewed all the steps and the structure was installed correctly. Very expensive for what it is. Cannot be used. A long time spent to set up to find out the canopy doesn’t fit.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: I am currently shopping for a gazebo for the cottage where we can avoid bugs and yet still enjoy the outdoors. I am looking at this gazebo and wondering what extra materials we would need to assemble it.

A: Dear kimbelisle, we would like to help clarify any confusion and provide you with any information that may not be presented to you to answer your question. The recommended tools that are not included in the package are listed in the assembly manual. They are the following tools: cordless drill or driver with 4mm hex head bit, socket wrench with 10 mm socket, driver bit extension (4"), 4 mm hex bit, 13 mm nut driver bit. Tools that are required are the following: 8' (2.4m) ladder - 2 recommended, 15' (4.6m) tape measure, and lastly at least 2 people to assemble. We hope we answered your question.

A: Dear Ana07, thank you for providing us with the opportunity to help answer your question. This hardtop gazebo is durable, but it is not entirely weatherproof. Please note that this gazebo does feature rust-resistance, water-resistance, snow-resistance, or wind-resistance; however, it is not impervious to weather damages and it can deteriorate over time due to extreme weather conditions or if it is exposed to inclement weather without protection or care. To protect your investment, we suggest using a winter cover or strong waterproof tarp that can be placed over the entire gazebo. This will help protect the gazebo keeping it looking new longer.
