Easy and Elegant

The fireplace was easy to put together with very clear instructions. The look is very elegant and clean. It added immediate charm to our dining room. The fan is not very loud and it blows out a nice amount of warm air. Very happy with our purchase!

Excellent choice for the price

we put this in our master bedroom under the tv and it just look great. The heating is very good and efficient. The background light looks very natural.
The only issue that we experienced was that electrical motor of the background lighting started making a wired noise after a couple of days. I called Canadian Tire and they replaced the insert the same day. The fact that we did not have to take the entire fireplace back to store was very convenient.
Overall, recommended.

The fireplace was relatively easy to assemble. Can't speak to the lasting power as I've only had it a couple weeks but it looks fantastic. Well worth it especially for the sale price I got it at.

Je viens d'acheter ce foyer électrique . Très simple à assembler (seule ça m'a pris 45 minutes). Les flammes sont jolies, il chauffe très bien. L'ambiance est parfaite. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat. Cependant , je n'aurais jamais acheté ce foyer à son plein prix. C'est beaucoup trop cher! Mais à 25% de rabais, j'y ai trouvé mon compte.

2nd CT Fireplace

Because we already have, and are happy with, a white CT fireplace on our main floor, we of course went back to CT for a second unit for our newly finished lower level. It looks equally as good in our rec room as the one in our living room and it cozies up the basement feel.

A: I dont agree. I have this fireplace and each piece is so light. Its also shocking how when you take it apart into its little pieces it fits in my tiny little car. Very simple to move & I can lift each piece with 1 hand and Im pretty weak lol.

Q: Does the fireplace make a lot of noise with just the flame on? You can hear the humming noise in ours quite a distance away. It is annoying.

A: QUITE FRANKLY WE HAVEN'T NOTICED ANY NOISE WHATSOEVER! I'VE READ OTHER PEOPLES' REVIEWS WHICH STATE THAT THEIR IS SOMETIMES TOO MUCH FROM THE FAN OR WHEREVER, BUT WE HAVEN'T HEARD A PEEP. LOVE IT AND WANT ANOTHER FOR MASTER BEDROOM.

A: THE FIRST THING WE DID WAS TO PUT OUR TV, DVD AND VIDEO PLAYER ON IT AND NO PROBLEM!! AM USING IT INSTEAD OF A TV STAND AND PLAN TO BUY ANOTHER FOR SAME USE IN MASTER BEDROOM. FIRE IS VERY REALISTIC-LOOKING AS WELL. GREAT PRODUCT: VERY STRONG AND STURDY.

A: YES, THE FLAME IS REGULATABLE BY USING THE REMOTE CONTROL. THE HEAT COMES ON FULL BLAST, BUT IF YOU WANT THE FLAME IS VERY, VERY LOW TO INVISIBLE. WE HAVE THE LATEST MODEL AS OF NOVEMBER 2010.

A: I HAVE SEEN THIS MODEL IN A DARKER COLOUR IN THE STORES BUT IT IS NOWHERE NEARLY AS STRIKING. THOSE WHITE COLUMNS ARE TERRIFIC.
