2 years agoA: The Canvas Eleanor 5-Light Chandelier has a canopy that attaches to the outlet in the ceiling. It is the same as any other ceiling or pendant light fixture. The two down rods are a design element for this particular fixture.

Q: Do the two mounting screws at the top stay exposed when installed? Is the metal plate flush with the ceiling or does it stick out a little bit?
6 years agoA: The two mounting screws are held in with two cap nuts and the metal plate (canopy) is not flush with the ceiling.

Q: Can this light be dropped 14 feet? I have really high ceilings and need to drop the light in order to change bulbs
9 years agoA: Unfortunately, the Elanor Chandelier is not a scaleable fixture for a 14 foot high ceiling. This fixture is best suited over a breakfast bar or dining table. It comes with extendable 13" rods and enough wire to accommodate that drop height.
