Easy to put together

After my glass table shattered during a storm last summer I decided to get a metal table. I checked around for months and when this table went on sale I quickly got it. Super easy to put together (my son and I) and it looks great, quite sturdy. Left it outside for the winter so I hope it won't rust.

Beautiful table

We purchased this table after looking all summer in every store that carries outdoor furniture. We are really pleased with the finish, strength and stability and the overall design. We just had a couple of big rains and I just wiped off the top and we were ready to enjoy lunch on our new patio addition.
The assembly was easy and would recommend screwing on the legs first, then the ring to which the legs are attached. Also purchased was an umbrella and base that really enhance the charm of the decorative top.
Overall, the piece looks more expensive than it was and has great leg room and ample space for 4 diners, food and beverages. We are actually thinking about purchasing a second one for the back patio.

Q: Wondering what kind of maintenance is needed, how soon will the paint chip and need repainting with normal outdoor use and covered in winter?

A: Hi and thank you for your interest in the Covington Round patio table. This table is Cast Aluminum, and little or no maintenance is needed. As it is Cast Aluminum, it will not chip under normal use for at least 5 years.

A: This table is Cast Aluminum, so it will not get as hot as metal. You will be able to enjoy this table on hot sunny days!

Q: Are you sure it won't rust? "Made of a durable powder-coated, rustproof cast aluminum frame with a hand-painted finish Aluminum frame will not rust." I'm not sure if the coating is made with aluminum or the structure is. My last table from a different store rusted so I need some assurance.

A: The frame/structure is made of cast aluminum. Aluminum will not rust. You can enjoy your table!

A: Unfortunately this table is only available in 1 size. There is a larger rectangular version however. Product number 88-0715-2.

Q: It is possible to purchase a side table to match this set? We bought a set a few years ago from Can Tire- looks like the Covington collection but had a different name then. We are very pleased with the set but only bought one side table but would really like to have another, are they still available?

A: There are no side tables for the Covington set. The Aberdeen collection had a side table #88-1533 but it is discontinued and no longer available.
