Customer Service re: Peacock Decorations

This review is less about the product and more about the excellent customer service! We purchased a couple of these peacock decorations for our Christmas tree and really liked the product - so much so that we thought we would try to locate more for our upcoming wedding (inspired by peacock colours!). We placed online orders at not one, not two but three separate stores hoping to pick up a total of 30 as they went on sale for boxing day. I was sad to receive notifications that two orders were cancelled due to being out of stock (the website must update nightly and does not show live inventory data), so I decided to call customer service re: the status of the third order. The representative confirmed that the third was also cancelled, but I had not yet received the email notice. When I explained to her we were looking to find these in any city where we have family and friends, she kindly offered to look up various cities and located stock in a store in Ottawa (we live in Vancouver, but my soon to be in-law's are in Ottawa!) We were able to place an order for pick-up thanks to her going above and beyond the initial enquiry! Thank you so much! (We also found a half dozen at a local store thanks to the young man at the sports desk that went rummaging around the back for several minutes. The call dropped as he was in the back looking, but I was able to call back and connect with him again!) Thank you to both representatives for going out of their ways for our special occasion!
