Very low quality and way over priced

Nice concept, poor quality. I bought it at the end of the season on sale for 50%. I just spent double that amount redoing the Canvas and the support beams. Powder coating is low quality, showing rust already. 2 of the center support beams bent from the weight of the rain water.
Zero help from the manufacturer and no help from CT.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I had this for 13 months and left the frame up all winter, now in may i go to put canvas back on , and find one of the curved tubes split open for about 2 inches , this is not normal to last just one summer ,sure looks like a DEFECT to me

Que la toile bouge beaucoup avec le vent et doit être remise en place. Aussi, le vent fait claquer les attaches, ce qui fait du bruit quand on est assis dehors.

Le seul hic c’est que des poches d’eau se forme sur la toile.. Ce qui fait étirer la toile.. Risque de déchirure selon moi. Alors, nous enlevons les poches d’eau avec un balai régulièrement

A: Hi Dick, For your question, Yes, it has a pre-drilled holes on the base plate of this pergola where you can anchor it on a wooden deck. But when securing the pergola on solid foundations, such as patio concrete or wood, Sunjoy recommends you secure it with the appropriate anchors. While these types of anchors are not supplied with the product, they can be easily purchased at your local hardware or home store. Q: I'm trying to buy a replacment canvas for this pergola what are the exact dementions of the CANVAS? not the pergola

A: I contacted the manufacturer in Singapore, zero help and zero parts. They sent me dimensions. They were not correct. I took the one I had, which filled with rain water all the time and bent the beams and had a marine boat top company duplicate it with a thicker marine grade sunbrella canvas. Just got it. I would never buy it again. Junk.
