lovely set with a few issues

Purchased 6 months ago and noticed one of the legs on the chairs is leaning slightly. Yesterday Sept 23rd, 2025 one seat cushion was completely water logged, after a rain. Not sure what happened as the others were dry. Has the waterproofing degraded?

You won't regret it!

I purchased this product about 3 years ago and it still looks brand new. I take good care of it, and it's always covered when not in use. The reason I chose this product over other sectionals is because I don't have a lot of storage space for the winter, and this product comes apart and stacks up nicely. It's also very comfortable and the design looks beautiful on my back deck. The custom cover that it comes with is a definite bonus, but after a couple of years mine is torn in areas and has nearly disintegrated. Unfortunately it isn't covered by the warranty, and I'm not sure I'll be able to find a custom fit like this anywhere else.

I ordered this online after reviewing the reviews. However, when assembling it, some of the screws would not tighten. The backrest cushions were comfortable, but the seat cushions were uncomfortably firm.
