Nice product but horrible delivery

Very disappointed with the way my order was delivered. did not come when they said it would, I think I was sent floor model instead of boxed. when arrived did not come with stakes was just thrown in a box that was giant and then just taped very badly, now was crushed and half opened who ever does your packing for delivery does not care about how item arrived at my house you need to have more respect for People who are ordering online. Will not be ordering from your store online again. Very disappointed

Q: How do they install outdoors? Are there stakes that go into the ground?

A: Yes there are stakes that secure them to the ground. However, I have mine on my deck so I mounted each of them with electric cable guides to solid 1/2" X 5" boards and placed a weight on the boards. This keeps them out of drifting snow.

Q: How long is the cord from one deer to the others? IE, how far apart can these be set? I don't see anything in the specs. TIA

A: The cords between the deer are quite short, so they can’t be placed very far apart. They really need to be set up the same way as shown in the picture. They’re very lovely and lively when displayed together like that.
