This camp stool is very handy. Easy to stow in the car for any occasion that you need to have something to sit on. Lightweight so easy to carry.

several years ago I bought 2 of these stools. I have taken them on canoe trips, hiking, and camping. They are excellent! Portable, sturdy, and reasonably comfortable. I love them so much that I'm buying 2 more to take on a trip to South America. I would recommend this ot anyone who is looking for a lightweight and portable seating option.

Stool failed the first day

I bought this stool for a painting trip to Mexico. Near the end of the first day the pop-rivet attaching the seat to one leg ripped out, almost dumping me onto the ground. Since I weigh 160 lbs. I think it should be able to support me. Without the rivet the chair was useless. With the help of a street mechanic, I repaired the damaged leg with flat washer and sheet metal screw and reinforced the other two legs, but I am wary of trusting this stool.

No, I do not recommend this product.
