36% Less surface area of the OEM engine air filter

Comparing the FRAM engine air filter to the Honda OEM engine air filter; the FRAM filter only has 21 folds/pleats where the OEM one has 33 folds/pleats. The filter material in the OEM also seems nicer. So while you are saving some money buying this FRAM filter, it will not last as long/will restrict air flow. I likely will not buy another.
