The Service Department at Forest Hills has gone downhill far and fast after Kyle left. My truck was in 3 times to get brakes done and I waited with the truck 3 times for 2+ hrs each time being told the first 2 times they 1st couldn't get parts in time and I would have to return for a 2nd time then being told they ordered the wrong parts and I would have to leave the truck and return. The next day, the 3rd encounter the truck wasn't ready and I returned a 4th time to receive a bill $400 higher than the quote I rec'd day1. Ridiculous! It only signaled to me incompetence, not a trait I want from a vehicle service.

Q: Hi, Why does it offer 305mm and 328mm rear rotor diameter when entering my vehicle info ( 2014 caravan sxt plus 3.6L) ? Can I pick either? My front rotors are vented dual piston calipers, where my rear ones are solid -single piston calipers.

A: your front brakes do more of the stopping that the rears. So you need better brakes on the fron.

Q: Bough these rotors (C26386) the other day and found only the outside is painted with "ArmorCoat". Inner hub surface is bare metal. Is that right? Pictures on the web show both outer and inner sides coated as one would expect!

A: Looking online it appears 320 for AWD, 300 for FWD. I'd suggest checking your old ones, though tricky to measure. About 3/4" difference diameter. They would not be interchangeable.
