Don’t open unless you’re sure it’s the correct hub

This hub is in a sealed container. Once you open it up it can’t be returned for your money back. Make sure it is the correct axle size before opening the container. I tried to exchange for the correct size, which they didn’t have, so my only option was to buy $100 of other stuff. I ended up keeping the hub even though it doesn’t fit my trailer. I’m hoping I can sell it to get some of my money back

Awesome units if size is correct.

Bought one kit to make sure the fitment was correct original hubs were Dexter 8-914 which from searches could either be 1" or 1-1/16. Turns out these kits fit. Pre greased, install and go. They do not come with washers or new jam nuts so if that's what your after look elsewhere. Saved me as old hubs broke while using a hub puller trying to remove.

I bought 2 of these hubs. The first thing I noticed was the washers pictured on the box are not included in either. The 2nd thing, I only found after opening the box and installing them (too late to return them) is that it's impossible to get the dust covers on. The package clearly states size as 1.98" but they are both actually 1.97". I had to grind the edges of the covers to fit and the spring loaded grease covers I bought won't go on at all.

Unit seemed ok. Was pre greased. I ended up returning it as it was too deep for the axel so I didn’t get to actually see how well it performed

A: Front and back bearings are included... All greased and ready to install... Does not include nut and washer for spindle/axle...

Q: What is the suggested torque value for the lug nuts?

A: Follow your manufacturer specs for exact torque specs. Otherwise, you can hand tighten the castle nut, and check that the tire is not loose when you shake it grabbing by the top and bottom of it. It must be tight enough, and rotate freely by hand. If it is too tight, it is just as bad as ha ing it too loose. Make sure to pack your bearings well and pump enough grease in the hub.
