Bladder tank for home system

I'm using rhis tank for my house with a family of 4. Works good. Now my pump isn't cycling like it did with my old tank that wasn't a bladder tank. Pressure is more even during showers. So far so good.

Quality control must be non-existent in the Bur Can plant. We have returned two tanks because of manufacturer defects. I would not recommend this product to any of my friends.

Q: I have 80 gal hot water tank. What size expansion tank to I require. Web indicates PMC-5 or TW-12 but these are not indicated in your description.

A: This tank series is for use in conjunction with a water-in well pump equipped with a pressure switch. It is not designed to be use with hot water system. However, we have a tank series that can be use for your application. Call our customer service desk at 1.800.361.1820 for complete information on tanks available for your application. A 35 liter tank is sufficient.

A: The connection to the tank is 1" NPT. Please use a regular 1" NPT tank 'T'.

Q: I am in the process of buying a water tank for my home. I have been looking at the Burcam tanks. I have notice that the 26 gal tank has a poor rating, where the 20 has a good rating, warranty for the 26gal-2 yr, 20gal 5 yr - why the differences?

A: All our tank at CTC are covered by a 2 year warranty. If other indication appear, it is an error from CTC.

A: All our tanks are equipped with a snifter valve to allow adjustment or recharge of the air into the air chamber of the tank. It is a valve similar to a tire valve so you can use the same type of connector.
