The jug fell out of my truck and cracked the lid. The product is advertised with a lifetime warranty but of course accidental damage and normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty, so what’s the point? It couldn’t keep my water cold for the full work day and would leak if knocked over. When you work out of a truck sometimes things fall over. I bought this to replace my Coleman water jug, it’s not any better than that thing was.

Kept my beverage cold for 4 hours. Will give it a more extended test this weekend. Leaks just a tad at the spout. Need a drip tray or something. Should have got the bigger model.
