bubba Hero Stainless Steel Insulated Travel Mug with Handle, Rubberized Licorice, 18 oz

IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT! I have been buying these Bubba mugs in this exact style for at least 15 years. I buy them for my disabled son who needs a mug with a handle he can grip and that won't spill the contents all over the place if it falls over. The insulation keeps his drinks hot or cold for hours. Eventually we have to replace them because they get dented and banged up, otherwise one mug would last many years. To address the 1 star complaints, the lid is designed to be used by left OR right handed people. IE: you can install the lid 2 different ways, and if you install it wrong, it won't be pointing at your mouth when you hold it. Also, ALL Bubba mugs have a seal between the insulated insert, and the inside threaded plastic top. (Almost all brands of insulated mugs are like this.) I use a soapy washcloth to clean the insulated insert an a small brush (toothbrush or small dish washing brush) to clean the threads and seam of the bottle and the threads and inside of the lid because yes, creamy drinks do accumulate there. If you close the top flap to close off the drinking hole, you don't break the flap off when opening and closing the lid. And if you push the flap down on the other side of the lid when you open it, it doesn't "fall on your nose while drinking from the cup.

The colour chosen is not the one that arrived. Product chosen for brand quality so although we haven't used it yet, it is likely as good as other Bubba products we have purchased.

The mug works really good, I bought it more for hot beverages, and it keeps it hot for quite long. I would buy again.
