This upgrade kit will improve the operation, reduce the sound level and enhance the appearance of your economy fan in minutes. The kit has everything you need including a new motor assembly, grille and complete step-by-step instructions. It fits as a replacement and was super easy to install BUT it’s not quieter that the model it replaced which I was under the impression it would be. Not a deal breaker but it sucks that it gave that impression.

It works but...

a month ago

Needed to trim tabs in order to make it fit an older Broan fan housing. Also needed to use duct tape to fill gaps. Noisier than older fan.
