Works great. Boiled water, flowed nicely in my cup. The plastic handle wasn't hot, however it's small. If you're not wearing gloves, be cautious.
The lid doesn't lock, for carry, but nothing a small bungee can't fix.
I also used it as my bowl. It's small, but I could easily eat through the opening. I stored my classic trail stove inside, for added space.
So ..lightweight, durable, comes with a carry case, multiple uses, small..great for backpacking..no regrets.
Only con, would be not having a locking lid for carry...but that's a preference more than anything.
