Great machine

I bought this to since 2 years. I am so glad I did. This machine came fully assembled. Just had to add gas and oil. 1 pull and it was running.
Does a great job of blowing snow. Well worth the price.

Good engine

Bought this snowblower 2 yrs. ago.Always starts on the first pull but can't get shear pins or an auger belt. You get 4 shear pins with the blower but the pins break very easily. this blower is meant to be used driveways where there isn't any stones or ice.I have an old Sears snowblower which I got going but it weighs a ton. I don't recommend this blower mainly because can't get parts.

Built to be broken.

I bought it 3 years ago and it worked fairly well. I picked up a rock and it got in behind the auger and snapped the auger shaft. I took it apart and saw the shaft was about the diameter of my finger and had snapped at the weakest part of the shaft, the hole for the shear pin. There isnt much metal at those locations. I found out that you cant order that shaft. I decided to rebuild my older snowblower, they were built much stronger, a 1 inch shaft compared to a 9/16 inch shaft. The engines are also built lighter and wont last.
This would be suitable for a small city driveway with no debris.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Very poor snowblower

I bought this snowblower a few years ago and it is terrible. It just doesn't work well and it is often easier to just shovel. Today I was using it and two parts just broke right off of it. I don't recommend this product. Briggs and Stratton makes good engines, but the rest of the machine is not worth half the money.
