Canadian tire

I got a Bramo rotor from Canadian Tire, and I’ve used this rotor before with brake pads. It’s really high quality. The only thing that surprised me today is that last week I bought it at a higher price, and now this week Canadian Tire has it on sale. So, the only difference is that I paid more last week. Other than that, the quality is great, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Rotors look awful after 1 month

Purchased front and rear Brembo brake rotors and pads for my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee (WK) because of reputation. Paid a premium price because I wanted brake rotors that are less likely to warp and look nice for a few years.
Rotors have a durable looking finish and are much nicer looking than OEM rotors.
So far good on braking performance, no warps and brakes feel as good or better than stock.
Appalling on looks, installed rotors on October 23 and took another picture on December 6. See pictures.
Contacted Brembo (with picture upload) a few weeks ago to determine if I have a bad set of rotors or if this is “normal” after 1 month of fall/winter use in Canada. No response so far and will update when/if there is.
Retailer said that results might be normal, they do not have a lot of experience with Brembo rotors.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: The price listed is for one rotor. You're recommended to change both on the same axle if it's normal wear and tear maintenance.

Q: Do these rotors fit ALL 2001 bmw 330ci. Even those with m pack or sport pack brakes? mine is the convertible 3.0 L manual 5 speed.

A: These are probably the standard brakes. The M and Sport package probably has bigger brakes. Cdn Tire can probably tell you what size you need.

A: Hi, generally using those components together should not cause problems. It's hard to say what your issue is without all the details, but a potential cause would be faulty installation like you suggested. It could be a lack of lubrication on contact points, or perhaps the parts are not seated properly. It could also be that the bedding process was skipped when the brakes were replaced.
