Q: i bought this thing guy told me for sink bracket wrench it is not what is this what iot is for.

A: I'm not sure what it was actually designed for. I use mine to reach down into a tight space to turn the plastic drain valves of our RV's water system! Saves my hand from getting badly scratched from a bunch of sheathed lines.
