By moving the bisquette burner outside the smoke box, you can turn any Original or Digital Bradley Smoker into a cold smoker unit
Constructed from powder coated steel, the adaptor fits between the smoke tower and generator
Flexible aluminum tube (36" long extended) lets the smoke cool before reaching your food
Now you can add smoke sausage, cheese, ham or Scandinavian-style fish at home.

Not a good description of the item !!

I bought this item as you can see in the pictures it’s the adapter plus the other box with the digital screen it’s called generator.well I was surprised and there is only one item.other one cost another and you cannot buy it from C T . Lost 3 hours of my day and to realize that it’s not was I was looking for.C T should change the picture or to have more details when presenting a product. Hey in the picture you see two item for the price that only the adaptor or don’t put the other item in the picture !!!

Great Smoker with a few downfalls

This smoker is great, does exactly what you want for how long you want it to. A few draw back though, the “smart features” are not very smart. Bluetooth disconnects in a very short distance would greatly improve from wifi instead. Whoever designed the interface was not thinking user friendly. Trying to adjust things on the smoker will sometimes shut off the smoker or infrared heater inside if you are not careful. But... having these few draw backs I love this smoker

A: The cold smoke adaptor is what the generator fits into for cold smoking. The temp can go from ambient temp up to 150 at the most.
