Makes great sausage jerkey and salami

Had mine for about a year love it. Perfect for doing jerkey sausage cheese and salami. The temp probs are a great feature. Only prob I have is the blue tooth connection doesn’t always work can’t go to far from unit.

4 years and no trouble

I have had a 4 rack digital Bradley for 4 years and it has always kept a good temperature, in -20 degree or +20 degrees, I have had no trouble with it. I put the pucks on manually, 1 at a time (1 or 2 pucks is all you) . A fan would be an improvement.

Save your money! I purchased a Bradley 6-rack digital thinking it would simplify smoking foods which I have done for about 50 of my 64 years. It does not! It doesn't even come close on temperature settings no matter what the ambient temperature is, or the wind is doing. I have tried various conditions and it simply does not work! It pushes 1/2 burned pucks off the burner! It flashes E1 half the time when it's first turned on. Play trouble shoot the wires for half a day with no luck. Next day starts right away when tried. If 0 stars were possible, that's what it should get!
