Not reliable & bad customer support

Had this machine for about 2 years. Gave a good workout, but is unreliable as heck. In the first year, the console died and customer support was a pain (hard to get a hold of an actual person). Had to get a new one shipped to me. It was under warranty still.. thankfully. Recently, a clicking sound started when I turned it on and I was unable change the resistance level. I took the thing apart, found the problem, and I can order the parts needed and replace them myself, but the price with shipping and everything else basically means I might as well find a new machine.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Bowflex Max Trainer M6 - Simple Thoughts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bowflex M6 Max Trainer really surprised me in a good way. I've used a lot of workout equipment before, but this one stands out because of how much you can get out of it in a short amount of time. It's a serious workout packed into a compact machine that actually fits nicely in a home gym. Quick and Intense Workouts: The biggest thing I noticed right away is how fast it gets your heart rate up. Even at the lower resistance levels, the workout feels strong, and once you push it to a high 10-16 resistance, it really challenges you. The M6 estimates how many calories you're burning while you go, which helps keep you motivated to push a little harder. I like that I can get a solid workout in 15-20 minutes and feel like I actually accomplished something. It's great for busy days when I don't have time for a long session but still want to get my heart pumping.

What a garbage. Stay away from these machines (Max trainer M6). Shipping cost to Canada will kill your budget,. terrible build. They try to sell you warranty and after you are done. Terrible product, zero support !!!!!!!!!! Online many comments about grinding noise. If that happens most often is as they call it engine (There is pressed in frame bearing that can cause a noise) They know about it and they do nothing about it.. Part cost $1,506.00 CAD. Yes that's right. I was getting also a small wire (cost $9 shipping over $100) . what a f. joke it is. Terrible build, rattles etc. Do what you want but I don't recommend it.

A: Yes, one heavy box. It was delivered on a wooden pallet. Was fairly easy to set up by myself though, and the instructions were straight forward. It's a compact unit that kicks your Butt!
