Extremely Disappointing Warranty & Customer Service Experience After only four months, our console malfunctioned. Unfortunately, getting help has been laughingly terrible. Every time we contact customer service, we are asked for the same proof of purchase and the same description of the problem. We provide the information, wait for an email, and then receive another request for the exact same details. Nothing actually gets resolved. Customer service is shockingly slow, there are no technicians available to speak with, and the entire warranty process feels like an endless loop of emails and repeated questions. If you enjoy spending your time repeatedly providing receipts and explaining the same problem without getting anywhere, then this is the company for you. Otherwise, think twice before purchasing. A product failing after four months is frustrating enough—the lack of meaningful customer support makes the experience even worse. Read the other 1 star reviews and note the same generic responses from AI. That's the type of customer service you will get!

Garbage warranty

Customer support for this machine is awful. Our machine had software issues within a few months of purchase and even though there is a customer support number, no one will actually talk to you and we’ve been waiting for a month for an email from a tech. I wouldn’t buy this again

Not so happy

I both this about 1 mount ago to replace my existing elliptical. Even the description mentions Elliptical Machine/Trainer Stepper it's not even close to an elliptical. Also, only after 2 weeks of using it the machine started making a loud noise when using it. The only advantage is that its really compact.
