Broke twice. They told me it broke due to overuse. The last part the broke has rendered it useless. Had it a year and a half.

WASTE OF MONEY!!! IT'S OVER PRICED & CHEAP

After less than 2 years of purchasing my the M5 Bowflex the motor died, luckily it was still under warranty. It took almost 4 months to get the part so I couldn't use it mean while. After replacing my motor I started to hear a squeeking sound, but by then my warranty ended and I couldn't figure out what was causing the noise. A week later the left arm broke off. I dont understand how.. I only weigh 170 pounds and im the only one that used it. I WILL NEVER BUY A BOWFLEX PRODUCT AGAIN. OVERPRICED & THEY USE CHEAP MATERIAL.

Pleasantly surprised at how effective the Max trainer is and how good the full body work out is on the MAX preset. I needed a second person for assembly but was able to get all the components out of the box by myself.
