Disappointed. Break after 2 years.

Very disappointed with the product. The walking board broke after 2 years of light use. My wife and I are not big people 120-160lbs. We are trying to get a replacement board + shipping is 300$ ! We shouldn't have to replace parts and spend this much after 2 years!

TERRIBLE Bowflex customer service!!

I bought this machine in mid April and I loved it at first. I used it 2 times a day 7 days a week. It started to squeeze bad so I YouTube's and troubleshooter it BUT on June 10th in the am I was running and a blot that holds the deck to the left side snapped in 1/2 and nearly threw me in the wall. I called Bowflex right away. They said sorry and trued to blame Canadian Tire. They sent replacement parts and I made an appointment for a technician to come by and fix it I booked a 5 to 10 PM window and he did not call text or even show up . SO 4 weeks later at least a dozen calls to them and still nothing! I called the Canadian Tire store I bought it from and the General manager told me he would have it picked up and I could pick another treadmill or a full refund. NEVER again Bowflex NEVER
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: A single HP motor number does not truly represent how the motor performs which is why we don't have it on the website anymore. The outlets in your home are designed to carry a safe amount of current, which is less than the amount required for our treadmill motors to run at their maximum rated horsepower. Because of this, our treadmills are designed for their motors to function at less than their maximum potential continuous HP output while being capable of delivering belt speeds of up to 12 mph. - Bowflex Team

Q: Thinking of purchasing BXT6 treadmill but need folded measurement which is from front of console to back of belt where it overhangs.Most treadmills that size give 48" but Bowflex doesn't.

Q: Is the light level of the display adjustable? I currently have a treadclimber which I am getting rid of. I find the display too bright when I try to watch a program while using it.

A: I have had mine for two years now and love it, It has a built in shelf that I put my iPad on to watch programs on, and the display does not distract my viewing at all.
