    Questions

    1 - 5 of 5 Questions

Q: What is the pre-set gap measurement? It says not to gap, but doesn't say what size it is set at. Thanks

    1 Answer
    • A: Hi Jack, yes, Bosch spark plugs are pre-gapped at the factory. The gap is also indicated on the package. If the gap is adjustable and different from the gap specified by the engine manufacturer, it needs to be adjusted. For proper performance and exhaust emissions, the gap must be within ±0.004" of the specified value.
