Q: How it measures I have never used one of these, so I was wondering how the device know where your starting and stopping point is if you happen to me measuring a desk or something of that sort?
10 years agoA: The laser has to hit something to provide a measurement. The starting point would be the device itself. The stopping point is what the laser is pointed at.
