Great idea but sadly it didn’t work for me

Unfortunately, this product didn’t work for me, iPhone nor Apple watch, and I had to return it. My husband and I both have iPhones (he has a bigger size model) and it did work for his phone, but even jiggling it, taking off the cover, repositioning my phone… I had not success. If you are buying this product, keep the receipt handy.

The watch stand uses the charger the watch comes with, but the plug on the stand only has a usb post not the new standard usb-c. Didn’t specify this anywhere on the box.
Solid product otherwise.

A: Désolé pour le désagrément que vous avez subi. La lumière LED clignote du bleu au vert, ce qui signifie que le chargement est anormal. A: LED indicator turns to blue for charging. When the phone is fully charged, the LED indicator will turn to green.

A: The charger may doesn't has sufficient input power, please try to change a power adaptor with 5V/2A at least. If it’s still have the same problem, there may be a problem with the product, please kindly contact the store to change a new one. Thank you.

Q: Very soon after putting my iPhone and iWatch on to charge together, the dark blue led changes to light blue and flashes. Why?

A: When you putting iPhone and iWatch on to charger together and the light flashes, it may because your input power is insufficient. Please check your wall adapter rated power and it requires at least 15W wall adapter to support iPhone and iWatch together.
