Orifices Break easily

As I was converting my grill, one the orifices that need to be replaced broke while I was taking them out, The head of the orifice snapped off and the remaining part is now stuck in the valve. I googled how to remove and instantly found that this happens often. I am now stuck with a 3 burner Blackstone. I am hoping someone from Blackstone will reach out.

Make sure you know size of gas line.

The gas line out of my house is 1/2 inch and this was smaller so had to covert some to make it work but otherwise gets the job done.

My unit I purchased shows compatible but major issues with conversion and in doing research a known issue by Blackstone. Currently grill is inoperable.

I have a 28" griddle Model 2325. Trying to convert to natural gas. The instructions call to replace the orifices. However, I cannot find where those might be. See the photo. Can someone tell me if this gas conversion kit will work with my model?

Natural gas connection

The quality of the kit seems to be very good but the directions are bad. To replace the gas orifice on the valves take some skill. It cannot be done with the valves in place as the valve is just made of pot metal and if you don't get the new orifice in exactly right it will break the valve as I found out. I had to remove all the valves to install the orifice and then reinstall them. By the way, I can't seem to find a replacement valve for my grill on your site or anywhere on the web. I also had to go and get a double male connection, not included in the kit, to hook up to my gas line. Probably be a worthwhile option to have you make the changes to a grill if the customer specifies that it will be used on a gas line instead of a propane tank.
