Just didn't work well

Just not what I expected, didn't work well, lots of sticking to the wooden dowel, and hard to get the crepes to cook correctly. The squeeze bottle kept getting clogged too. I ended up giving up and moved back to my old pan method

When using the crepe spreader you need to keep it lightly wet. This will prevent the mixture from sticking to the wood.

This kit is great! The stick thing makes it easy to consistently make good flat circles, and the long spatula thing makes it easy to flip them. On my 36" pro griddle, I could make 2 full size crepes at a time, by the 4th pair I got the hang of spreading the batter evenly, and how long to let them sit before flipping without them breaking apart. I'd say the plastic squirt bottle is redundant/unnecessary though.
