    Don't risk it

I bought this chair when it was on sale. It was extremely difficult for me to put together, then when I finally did, the chair lift didn't even work! The handles also come in too much and touch your legs while you sit. Don't buy - you can do better.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Do not buy this chair for frequent use

I bought this chair one year ago and it has essentially fallen apart since I bought it. The back strap broke shortly after the purchase, and the entire backrest has slowly drooped over time, so it now offers zero back support (in fact, my back is quite sore as a result). In all fairness, I sat in this chair for 8 hours per weekday, but I still expect any chair to last longer than one year.

No, I do not recommend this product.

After 3 weeks of use it is making a popping sound every time somebody is sitting on it or turning. It is very annoying... I would not recommend this product.

    Poor Quality

After we had the first chair for approx. 4 months the strap across the back broke, which results in your back resting against the vertical bars. The whole chair felt sloppy by this time. We returned the chair to CTC hoping to get a store credit because it was beyond 90 days. We were forced to take another chair in the box and go through another assembly routine. After about 2 weeks the back strap broke on the second chair and now the entire back is starting to fall off. These chairs are very cheap & flimsy. I bought the first one because it looked like it would be comfortable (we weren't allowed to bring it down from it's shelf, to try it).At this point, we will scrap it and at least save the cost of gas to return it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

This chair is very comfortable and wide. It has quite a high back and provides great support for your shoulders/back. Would recommend.

    • A: Pour baisser la chaise, vous devez vous assoir sur la chaise et utiliser la manette et tirez vers le haut. Pour lever le siège plus haut, levez la manette mais levez-vous du siège. Voir attachement ci-dessous
