First battery defective

First battery bought would not charge. Returned and second battery worked normally. I appreciate Canadian Tire policy of exchanges.

Bad battery with product

I received two 20 volt batteries with my product, one will not take a charge at all, it just blinks red and the other one fully charges. I wish they would allow a swap out for the bad one for a good one.
