We use this blender in our staff room at work and for the price it is pretty great. We make all kinds of fruit smoothies and they come out great. However, don't count on this to make a perfectly smooth drink with kale or any other fibrous vegetable. It just isn't powerful enough. Having said that, I highly recommend this for casual use with the right ingredients. We all love it! And don't forget it's a great value.

I guess you get what you pay for. Tried to make a smoothie- it took forever. Had to keep starting and stopping.

A: Since Canadian Tire now have the Black and Decker on sale for only $20 bucks (jan17-23), buy it and you get your glass and have a backup base.

Q: Echange des pièces Mélangeur BLACK&DECKER Est-il possible de commander les multi-lames pour le mélangeur BLACK&DECKER. Le mélanger a été acheté il y plus de 2 ans, Il fonctionne tjr bien, sauf le détail "multilames", la base plastique de laquelle s'est éclaté. Modèle BL2010BGC. Merci
