To Janelle McFarlane. I tried the warm water. The problem is the nozzle itself is defective. When you press the trigger, the product comes out of the side. The product itself is great. All I need is a new nozzle. Thank you.

I bought this product on trial basis because while dog sitting my daughter in law’s puppy he accidentally threw up on my white rug. It worked amazingly. Yellow stain came off and rug looks perfect. I’d did have to spray more than once but after rubbing the spot with a white cloth the stain was gone..
