Unreliable Half-Baked Product

The basket drums get stuck every week, sometimes twice in a week, and at times requires that the basket be lifted off the wheel wells and reset. Also, the mat inside the litter basket became deformed and would not stay put, regularly coming off the lock pin at the top. Because this product is so unreliable, it has actually increased the workload of cleaning the cat litterboxes. It is clearly a half-baked product that has not been thoroughly tested.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Cat adapted to it within two days. He’s a little skittish so I have the do not disturb set for the overnight hours when he stays in the room where it is located and the clean delay set for 5 minutes after he finishes. Definitely keeps the odor down vs a standard box.

Worst product on the market

This machine is trash, the stickers for the mat peel off all the time, the machine cant handle much kitty litter in the barrel, so it messes up all the time. Gets dirty so fast than it messes up when spinning. Not worth the money or getting. Most likely mine will go in the trash.

I wrote a good review the first week I had the product and I need to retract it. At least once a day it stops in mid clean and I have to unplug it and try again. In the meantime, my cats do not have an available box until I catch it. I bought another brand and it works just fine, and it was less than half the price. I'm sorry I wasted my time and money on this one,
