    Great For Gold!

I use a few Bilge Pumps for various tasks at recovering Fine Alberta Gold. This pump will be used in a Miller Table. In fact its output is much faster than needed, but with a little bit of Hydrodynamics, I shall reduce the flow output. I have it connected to a Marine Battery, and works like a pig for hours at a time without effort! Sorry, no idea if it will keep you afloat in the high seas! Lets hope it works for you if you need it that way! Keep your Life Jacket handy!

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Poor Pump Design

Pump arrived and it looked as if the top section of the pump was not correctly aligned with the body of the pump. Pulled the pump apart and re-aligned but one of the retaining pins broke off. Pump still runs but I wish I would not have received a pump that looks like it was already in someone else's boat. I think Attwood made have spent a little too much time on the fancy plastic body and less time on the actual pump. Will find a pump from another manufacturer for a replacement.

No, I do not recommend this product.
