Il mixe bien mais j'ai beau le nettoyer il y a une fente du côté des lames et il y reste des saletés. Je vais le changer pour une tête moulée d'un seul bloc pour ne plus avoir ce problème. Je trouve ça vraiment insalubre.

Good Hand Blender

I bought this hand blender at Christmas as it was on sale while I was shopping. I wanted it to make the gravy, the cheese sauce, and other sides for all the entertaining the holidays bring. It worked pretty good and all the recipes turned out exactly as I wanted.

I like it.

For whipping things really fine the high speed does a better job than my MixMaster.
