Disappointed in product

I tried this product twice just to be sure it didn't work and it really didn't work for my jam at all. It was not a loss because I can use it over ice cream or anything because it is just very liquid still. The second time I even doubled the pectin but it still did not set my jam and I followed the recipe to the letter.
