Grabber is slippery, fell apart before done

a year ago

Bought today. First use the jar slipped out of it, because keeping a grip was awkward due to the handles being slippery from humidity. Then when taking canned goods out, 2 jars dropped, one because the handle broke off when I was taking the jar out of the boiled water. Terrifying, and risking damaging jars or injuring user.
