Good product, bad wire

Good product. I think charging rate and the speaker quality is good. My issue with this product is the wire. The wire quality is quite bad. Mine is starting to become broken, and I need to replace it. I’m not certain where I could get a replacement. I don’t want to buy a whole new speaker/charger, only the wire to the speaker.

Charging lasts 10 seconds and stop

The overall quality looks good and the sound is nice but I bought it mainly for charging my phone (iphone 14 pro max). Unfortunatly, when I put my phone on the support, it starts to charge and few seconds later it stops. Of course I tried with another magsafe charger and it works fine. I am desapointed because I like the brand.

The volume on this speaker is very low. It's lower than listening through the phone's speaker, and there is no way to increase the volume.
