Doesn't deserve one star

I bought two of these for school lunches for the kids. After one month, both packs had holes in the plastic covering, and when one pack dropped on the floor one morning when frozen, the flexible plastic outer cover shattered, exposing the green beads. Not only is this product not durable, but it doesn't work very well either. It doesn't hold the "cold" as well as a traditional ice pack. Waste of money, not up to the task of school lunches.

We bought these for our sons milk while we're out for the day. We keep them both in a cooler pocket in his diaper bag. This pack is thin and seems to thaw very quickly. But I suppose that is to be expected with such a thin pack. It is easy to shape around a cup, since it's made of beads.

No, I do not recommend this product.
