Felt great from first skate but ...

Bought these skates early Nov 2023. First skate felt great and subsequent skates were always better. Only took about 6 skates to feel they were really broken in. Unfortunately the reason for the 2 star review is the quality of the boot lining. Both inside upper lining above top eyelet has worn through to the boot after only approx 6 weeks. Ostensibly very poor lining quality in an area that would generate some friction. I reached out to Bauer and they were no help suggesting it is normal wear and tear. Not sure how the lining wearing out after 6 weeks is normal . If the lining issue was better i would probably give a 4 or 5 star review.

Falling Apart

I owned these skates for less than 4 months before the seam between the boot and toe cap split. I take great care of my gear, especially my skates and these still look brand new! Bauer basically told me too bad, they are out of warranty. My advice is to give your money to a brand who stands behind their product. I was loyal to Bauer my entire life and never had an issue like this. Clearly the quality is depreciating.

Skates Falling Apart

I owned these skates for less than 4 months before the top cap seam split away from the side of the boot. Bauer basically said too bad because they are passed the 90 day warranty. I take great care of my skates - these still look brad new. Save your money and buy from a brand who stands behind their product.
