Banana Boat Sun Comfort Lotion Sunscreen, SPF 50+

Applied this generously to both my daughters skin. They went outside for 30 minutes to play came back I’m sunburned. Never had this problem with other types.

This is a great sunscreen. My family went to Arches National Park and Moab and Zions in Utah. We spent three days in 95 F weather. We put the 30 spf sunscreen on about an hour before we hit the hiking trails. Never got burned or pink!! Love the soft citrusy smell. Not greasy at all. If felt like normal lotion with no stinky smell. Will keep buying so please keep selling! It's hard to find and I have to buy online.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with this product. It is very gentle on my skin, it doesn't cause me to break out into a rash, and it is ACTUALLY GREASE FREE! So many sunscreens leave me feeling like a basket of soggy french-fries that have been sitting in this sun - GREASY! SunComfort leaves my skin very soft, it absorbs quickly, and it does not leave my skin greasy or shiny at all! Finally, I have found the sunscreen that I have been searching for years for! A sunscreen that acts more like a moisturizer, leaving my skin feeling like I used a good body lotion, but has SPF and is not greasy! Can I say that again, it's NOT GREASY! SunComfort also smells great! It doesn't smell like your typical sunscreen. I actually find myself sniffing my arms throughout the day because I like it that much! Another commenter said that they didn't like the smell, but I really like it a lot! SunComfort even rated a coveted 10 out of 10 on goodguide as a highly safe sunscreen. YOWZA! I honestly cannot be happier. Oh yeah... and after using an entire bottle, I haven't burned or tanned at all. This stuff works! Another commenter said that it didn't work for them, but it works for me! Also, I think she was reviewing the spray, not the lotion. I haven't tried the spray, but I LOVE the lotion! My only gripe is that the bottle only contains 6 ounces. PLEASE consider packaging this in a family sized container like you do with your other products (preferably a 12/16+ ounces). I really go through this stuff!

We used the 50spf this last week and burned everywhere we used it. I used 30 on my face of Hawaiian Tropic and did not burn. Won't use again. I have rashy bumps also.

I usually don't use Banana Boat, but I know they have a good reputation so I decided to go for it. I am very disappointed to say I used the Sun Comfort and I am SOO burnt. Every place that I applied sunscreen is red and painful. I used SPF 30, so I suggest getting 50 instead for better coverage. The sunscreen was amazing up until I kept getting more red after coming inside.
