Q: Can you waterbath can with these lids? In other words, are they safe to boil in water at high heat for canning?

A: The Leak -Proof Storage Lids are NOT for home Canning or preserving. They are ideal for use when you open a jar of preserves to consume and keep in the fridge (they can then replace the metal canning lid).
