Not worth the $$

The idea is great. But I Would not recommend only because after only 3 months of use, the parts are hard to clean, stained and oxidized. If it was made of better quality it would last a lot longer. Unfortunately it’s made out of cheap plastic material. Would recommend making it out of stainless steel to prevent all of this.

very weak product

Very poor and weak product. The boxes to the fridge/freezer are super small. My son would need to eat 4 to be full. Secondly, there is no button to start it/stop it so the only option to do that is to take the cable. Additionally, knifes are short and I needed to add a lot of water to let them blend. And the last thing - it is leaking !totally useless!!!!!

A: The one bought at Canadian Tire doesn't come with the second handled cup, the larger freeze cube tray, or the thermal tote bag like the ones shown on tv.

Q: How does the Canadian Tire Warranty work on this product? Do you have to purchase the warranty or is it automatically included? If the product breaks within the first year of its use, do you just bring in the product and receipt for a direct exchange?
