I built the frame one day and the cables the next day. suggest reading one step ahead to avoid any difficulties. instructions were clear and precise if you read ahead one step and verify with the diagrams. works great...a bit sore after the first day. the 2 things required for assembly are patience and common sense. this was an excellent deal and I'm totally happy with my purchase.

a great starter bench

I bought this for my teen once he expressed interest in a weigh bench. After looking at several, I decided this one offered the most versatility for the price. My son is great at assembly or I might have had a hard time with the instructions, but he had it up in no time. He was very happy with the product and used it regularly but soon outgrew the amount of weights they include. I think its a great starter bench and would recommend it.

A: Please go to www.impex-fitness.com and click on customer service….click on manuals and look up md 2109 and you can download the manual….all of the manuals are there but the first two letters may be different depending on the brand name used…the model numbers remain the same
