Pas durable, très cher pour la qualité du produit

Le mécanisme de l'auvent s'est brisé après seulement 2 ans d'utilisation et ce toujours par temps très favorable. Impossible d'avoir les pièces nécessaires à sa réparations et ce malgré que j'ai contacté directement la compagnie. Très décevant.

Ne touché pas a ça

Après trois essais pour vérifier le niveau, le mécanisme pour refermé glisse et n'obéis plus les ressorts des bras sont trop rigide donc l'auvent ne referme plus. Je doit tout démonter et rapporter le tout au magasine (avec des trous sur le mur de ma maison en cadeau)

j'ai acheté ce produit il y a 2 ans et je m'en suis servi qu'une saison , le mécanisme fait déjà défaut, j'ai tenté d'appeler For Living et ils ne font plus de pièce pour ce produit , donc AUCUNE PIÈCE DE DISPONIBLE .

Supplier from whom I can buy replacement canvas?

I love the awning and the shade it supplies. There used to be a "Steamer Deck and Patio" that had parts, but the phone number is disconnected. I am on my second awning from C.T. and our southern AB winds wear the canvas out.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre auvent. Par contre, selon les consignes de l'installation, il est un peu haut. Je recommanderais d'enlever 6 pouces à la hauteur de l'installation.

A: “It is recommended to install the product on concrete walls. If it is necessary to install the product on a brick wall, install the expanding bolts directly in the bricks without using the mortar. Other types of surfaces, e.g. wood or plasterboard, are not strong enough to support this product. This product is not stable enough to be installed on these surfaces, especially in windy, rainy, or snowy conditions.”
